Communities FAQ
Short answers about membership, certification and requests.
Is joining free?
Yes. Regular membership is always free for any ARPS account and lets you follow, save and send contact requests.
What does the «ARPS Certified» badge mean?
It means ARPS verified the member's identity and evidence of experience at certification through a human review. It is not a licence to practise and not a guarantee of service quality.
Do I get the badge as soon as I pay?
No. Payment opens a certification request; you then complete the wizard with your evidence and the ARPS team reviews it. If the request is refused, you are refunded.
Does ARPS take payment for services?
No. ARPS is a listing intermediary only; agreement and payment are directly between client and professional. Beware of any request to pay through untrusted links and report it.
Is my email revealed when I send a request?
No. Your request arrives through relayed email and the member's dashboard; neither side sees the other's email without their explicit consent.
What is the difference between founding and annual?
Founding is a single lifetime payment during the launch window with a permanent «Founding» badge. Annual is for new members after the window closes and is renewed every year.
How do I report a violation?
Use the «Report» link shown on every member page and every article. You receive a tracking number, and the team reviews the report within two days.
