Certificates

Learning is completely free; the electronic certificate is optional and issued by the platform in its own name once you pass the program's assessments.

What the certificate shows

An electronic training completion certificate issued in the name of the Arab Platform for Professional Studies (ARPS), showing you passed the program's assessments under the route policy. It is not a university degree or professional licence, and not an endorsement by any reference organization.

Transcript

Programs whose route includes a transcript (such as Short Diplomas and the Professional Mini-Master) come with a record of each subject or unit result and the final assessment, as a web page and a PDF with a verification link.

How electronic verification works

  1. Every certificate and transcript carries a unique 28-character verification code that is impractical to guess.

  2. Anyone can enter the code on the verification page, or open the link printed on the certificate.

  3. The certificate status (valid or revoked), the holder's name in Arabic and English, the program and the completion date appear instantly, and nothing else.

  4. If a certificate is reissued, its previous code remains verifiable and shows its status.

Your name on the certificate

Your name appears in Arabic and English exactly as entered in your account, so review it before issuing.
