About ARPS

Our mission

To give every Arabic-speaking learner rigorous professional education in their own language, with fees never standing in the way, so they leave with knowledge they apply at work rather than a certificate alone.

How the platform works

• Learning is completely free: every lesson, exercise and assessment, with no fee or subscription.
• The certificate is electronic, optional and paid. It is issued in the name of the Arab Platform for Professional Studies once you pass the assessments and payment is confirmed.
• Every certificate has a public electronic verification code, so any organization can confirm it instantly without an account.

Method and sources

Each program is built from connected subjects; every lesson has objectives, worked examples and exercises with guided answers, and every subject has an integrated summary and an assessment. Important claims are traced to official, professional and academic references, and each program page lists the organizations and frameworks actually used, stating its limits clearly: what it offers and what it does not.

The five routes

Programs are organized into five routes by depth and purpose:

Short Diplomas

Relatively comprehensive programs, normally structured as five learning subjects with assessments and a diploma transcript.

Specialist Preparation Programs

Focused programs that build applied knowledge and role-specific capabilities without implying professional licensure.

Consultant Preparation Programs

Advanced programs emphasizing analysis, scenarios, decision-making and recommendations without implying professional licensure.

Professional Certification Preparation

Preparation, review and mock assessment for external certifications; Arab Platform for Professional Studies (ARPS) does not administer the official exam.

Professional Mini-Master

An advanced five-module professional mini-master pathway integrating analytical judgment, practice and cross-module assessment, with the same nominal calendar duration as Short Diplomas. The credential records professional program completion.

Governance and quality

• Every program passes automated quality checks and a review of its content and assessments before publication, and is reviewed periodically to keep time-sensitive information current.
• Marking happens on the server, the pass mark is uniform and announced before a program is published, and each learner's program version stays fixed until they finish.
• Every sensitive administrative action, such as revoking a certificate or granting an extra attempt, is recorded with its reason in an audit log.

Our commitment to honesty

We never attribute the writing or review of our programs to bodies that did not take part, and we never show partners, ratings or numbers that did not happen. The certificate is a training completion certificate, not a university degree or a professional licence.
