Payment and Refund Policy

Only the certificate fee is paid; studying is entirely free. These are the payment, cancellation, refund and delivery terms.

  1. Merchant: payments are collected and processed for the Arab Platform for Professional Studies (ARPS) by International Knowledge DWC-LLC, Dubai Aviation City Corporation free zone, United Arab Emirates, licence no. 5463. ARPS is one of its projects.
  2. Payment methods: Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and any other method shown on the payment page, are accepted in Saudi riyals (SAR) or UAE dirhams (AED) through the secure hosted payment page of Telr. The platform never stores your card details.
  3. Price and currency: the amount and its currency are shown clearly before you pay and are set by the server alone; the currency you choose is the one charged, and it appears on the invoice and receipt.
  4. What you pay for: the fee for issuing the digital certificate only, available only after you complete the programme requirements and earn the certificate.
  5. Delivery: the certificate is a digital product issued electronically in your account with a public verification link as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within minutes and at the latest within 24 hours. There is no physical product or shipping.
  6. Payment confirmation: once the payment is made, the confirmation notice is sent to the client by email, to the address of the account, within 24 hours of receipt of the payment, and the receipt and invoice (ARPS-…) are also available in the account.
  7. No cancellation or refund: given the nature of the product, payment is possible only after passing the programme and the digital certificate is issued as soon as payment is confirmed, so certificate fees are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once paid.
  8. Technical error only: if you are charged twice for the same certificate, or charged and the certificate is not issued because of a fault on our side and we do not issue it within 7 days of your report, we return the duplicate or undue amount.
  9. How such amounts are returned: only to the original payment method, within 10 to 45 days depending on the card-issuing bank.
  10. Certified membership of the professional communities is a different product with its own terms shown on its page before payment, and those terms apply as stated.
  11. Cardholder: the payment must be made by the cardholder, aged 18 or over, who should keep a copy of the transaction record and of this policy.
  12. Sanctions: we will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
  13. Governing law: the United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile; this policy is governed by its local law, and any dispute shall be heard only by a competent court in the UAE.
