Certified membership rules
- Payment opens a certification request; the badge appears only after a human review of your identity and evidence (target: two working days).
- If certification is refused or not completed within 14 days of payment, the full amount is refunded.
- After certification there is no refund except by an administration decision.
- Annual renewal is manual with a new invoice; we remind you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before it ends.
- After it ends your page stays visible for 14 days with a «renewal pending» badge, then becomes inactive — nothing is deleted.
- ARPS does not take payments for professional services; agreement and payment are directly between you and the client.
