Honesty and accuracy
Give true information about your identity, experience and qualifications. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not claim a licence or qualification you do not hold.
Regulated professions
If you work in a regulated profession (health, psychology and counselling, law, licensed financial services), enter your licensing authority and number before certification. No treatment services are offered through the platform, and published information is not a substitute for a licensed professional in your country.
Content
You are legally responsible for everything you publish, its accuracy and its rights. Cite your sources, do not copy others' work, and do not publish abusive, misleading, discriminatory or deceptive promotional content.
Dealing with clients
ARPS is a listing intermediary only: it takes no service payments and is not a party to any contract. Never ask a client to pay through untrusted links, and do not use contact requests for spam.
Moderation and reporting
Pages and articles go through automatic checks and then review. Any visitor can report a violation; an item is hidden as a precaution after three independent reports until it is reviewed. Every moderation decision can be appealed once.
Automatic approval
The first certification is always human. Later low-risk edits by active members with no open reports are approved automatically 24 hours after submission if not reviewed earlier; changes of handle, name or licence are always reviewed by a person.
Withdrawal and suspension
A page may be suspended or the badge withdrawn after a confirmed violation, with the reason given and a right of appeal. No member content is removed without notice, and you can delete your own content at any time.
Privacy
No party's email is revealed in contact requests without its owner's consent. Certification documents are private, never published, and seen only by the review team. You can export your data or delete your account from My account.
