Service scope and intake

Begin readiness support with a near decision, not a global verdict on the person. An intake card separates goal, context, evidence, permitted action and referral boundary. In the interview, keep the client’s report, documents and interpretation in separate fields: a claimed reason for rejection is not proof of that reason. Ask for an action example, summarize what you heard and invite correction. Then choose the first bottleneck to the next step and name input, output, owner, date and completion criterion. Rana’s customer-enquiry experience may support part of a coordination role while spreadsheet use needs another check. The specialist neither sends her file nor selects her for the employer. A useful result is a plan Rana can explain and revise when evidence changes.
