Decision Framing and Measurement — Integrated Summary
This module connects framing a decision as an action, alternative, outcome and time horizon, then measuring decision fitness through completeness, accuracy, timeliness and representation, and finally turning scores into action rules and testing ranking stability. Judgment begins with a question, action and alternatives, passes through falsifiable assumptions, and ends with a decision rule and use boundary. Cases and numbers are fictional; learning value lies in rebuilding the denominator, baseline, loss and judgment flip point. No tool, score or optimum carries automatic authority. The learner records evidence, assumptions, residual risk, accountable owner and follow-up signal.
