Diagnose the transition and frame the decision
Transition management begins by defining a testable decision before selecting a credential or job title. Learners separate a person's request from outcome, constraints, and assumptions, then build a capability portfolio that distinguishes work evidence from self-ratings and individual contribution from team output. They compare two target roles through tasks, outputs, and entry conditions while limiting classifications and advertisements to their geographic and temporal scope. The module ends with a small decision gate specifying data permission, time, budget, a performance criterion, and a stop or switch condition. In Layla's and Hana's cases, the recommendation changes when evidence access or approved time changes, without treating a partial trial as a hiring guarantee or permanent verdict on ability.
